1. Introduction and Acceptance

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You affirm that you are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing ldgame services. You further represent that your participation in online gaming activities is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ldgame complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws and regulations. ldgame does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal or restricted.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account with ldgame, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy at all times. Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 Single Account Restriction

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with ldgame. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts. ldgame employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any User found in violation of this provision will forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with all duplicate accounts.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is presumed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and account activities. You agree to notify ldgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. Account Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

ldgame is legally obligated to verify the identity of all account holders in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. As a condition of maintaining an active account and processing withdrawal requests, you agree to provide such documentation as we may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, residential address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document and a handwritten note with the current date

You agree to provide requested verification documents within seventy-two (72) hours of such request. Failure to comply with verification requirements will result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. ldgame reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to conduct ongoing due diligence as required by applicable regulations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your ldgame account using any of the payment methods made available on our platform, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), direct bank transfer, and other methods as specified. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases of technical error or as otherwise required by law.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your ldgame account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and applicable terms. 4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must satisfy all wagering requirements associated with any bonuses claimed. 4.4 Currency

All financial transactions on the ldgame platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit using a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, will be displayed prior to transaction completion.

5. Gaming Activities and Wagering

5.1 Game Availability

Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove games at our sole discretion. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All wagers placed on the ldgame platform must be made in good faith for entertainment purposes. Irregular playing patterns, including but not limited to exploitation of errors, abuse of bonus terms, hedging bets, or any form of collusion with other players, are strictly prohibited. ldgame reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraudulent or abusive wagering behavior.

5.3 Game Outcome Integrity

All game outcomes on the ldgame platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Game results are final and binding. In the event of technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error, all affected game rounds will be void and stakes returned to players. ldgame is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

5.4 Betting Limits

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ldgame may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise our platform
• Money laundering or using the platform for any form of financial crime
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through irregular play patterns
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ldgame staff
• Depositing funds that do not belong to you or using third-party payment methods

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. ldgame cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected criminal activity.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the ldgame platform are the exclusive property of ldgame, its licensors, or respective third-party providers. This includes but is not limited to game software, website design, text content, images, videos, and audio materials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ldgame platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The ldgame platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ldgame disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ldgame does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall ldgame, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ldgame platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

ldgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, failure to complete verification, or suspected illegal activity. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked. If your account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, all funds and winnings may be forfeited. If your account is terminated for reasons other than breach, your account balance (excluding bonus funds and pending bonus winnings) will be returned to you following completion of any required verification procedures.

13. Amendments to Terms

ldgame reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated via email, platform notification, or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the ldgame platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
